About Us
Founded by Kautuk Saksena, The Shiva Path Foundation has only one aim, to take people to the path of liberation and fulfilment.
Kautuk has a strong belief in simplicity, basics and following one’s heart, while working in the creative field, he began to have spiritual experiences, after he met Mauni Baba at Ujjain Mauntirth Ashram. The transformative experience brought about a monumental change and Kautuk continued in his path of Karma Yog with his learning and understanding of spiritual knowledge. He went ahead and wrote his first novel “Kirat and the Hand Of Orion” a spiritual thriller based on the life of a journalist who awakens spiritual powers and begins to use them in his profession to so. A short film and a feature film soon followed. The short film “A Gentle Reminder” explores the serendipitous nature of this Universe, in which relationships persist beyond the linear time and certain instances can create a magical connection. Next in line was a feature film “Say It Thrice!”. Not flinching from taking on a big and complex endeavour Kautuk helmed the film as the writer and director. The film won over 16 awards at various film festivals including Best Director, Best Story and several other categories. The film Say It Thrice was made with the objective of giving the power of a spiritual experience to the audience, a complex idea of spiritual awakening was given with simplicity and joy for the audience. The film is available on this website for viewing.
After many years of spiritual self exploration, the next step was to begin a spiritual knowledge series based on the Shiv Puran and Vedas. That was the birth of The Shiva Path Foundation. Currently, knowledge series and musical renditions of the Shiv Puran are on going and a Havan for Life section will be starting soon.
